As your coach, together over the course of a 3-6 month 1:1 coaching program, we will figure out the following:

  • What it is that’s really bothering you. What you feel the current problems are.

  • Understand why it’s a problem

  • Discuss your current strategies. What’s working for you and what’s not.

  • How to create the results that you want

Using tools and coaching:

  • I will teach you how to feel better by managing your mind and learning how to set healthy boundaries.

  • You will learn how to care for yourself as much as you care for others.

  • You will learn how to stop tiptoeing around the various people in your life, show up as you and allow them to be them.

  • You will learn how to stop second guessing others intentions.

  • You will learn how to feel everything, even disappointment and learn that it’s no big deal.

What Sets Me Apart From Other ADHD Coaches:

I have ADHD (inattentive type) and understand what you’re going through.

I believe that ADHD is a label and we can decide what we’re going to make it mean.

I believe that just because you’ve always done something a certain way, doesn’t mean that you can’t choose to do it differently going forward.

I believe you can have much more control over managing your mind than you currently realize.

I believe your thoughts create your actions which create your results. When you have ADHD there are so many thoughts. Noticing them and deciding which to hold on to makes a world of difference.

I have specific training in Coaching those with ADHD, and am familiar with how the ADHD brain functions, and why it functions that way.

Logistics:

Your coaching would happen over the phone or via Zoom.  

Here are some common concerns or things that you may be thinking.  Let’s talk about them for a minute:

  • I’ve read every self help book out there, none of it’s made a difference.

Self help books can be packed with information, but most of them address a symptom of a greater problem.  They offer “band aids” as cures, which offer temporary relief. I want to help you look at the larger problem, which believe it or not has to do with your mind and the way you’re thinking. The good news is, thoughts can be changed! I’ll show you how.

  • There’s no way you can possibly know what it feels like inside of my mind. There are constant thoughts. I can’t be helped. There must be something wrong with me.

You’d be surprised by the number of people that feel exactly the way you do! I was one of them.  I was the idea queen! A million thoughts a minute…that’s not a bad thing by the way. There are strategies that can help with the flow of those thoughts and strategies that can help you organize and use them when they best serve you, instead of allowing them to trip you up.

  • There’s no way I can afford to hire a coach. It’s just too expensive and not in my budget.
