Congratulations! You've taken that first step and looked into coaching.

Below I've shared a little bit of information about the types of coaching packages that I have available. Decide which looks best to you, and then submit the form at the bottom of the page. From there we'll jump on a quick call to discuss details. I can answer any questions at that time, and then you can decide if you'd like to move forward. 

12 - Week Package

For many of my clients, a 12 - week coaching package is the perfect place to start. It covers how the brain works and why it's been tripping you up. We will look at your specific obstacles and you will receive targeted coaching around them. It includes the following:

  • a weekly coaching call (via phone or Zoom)

  • a follow up email after each call that includes a link to the coaching session recording, a recap of call highlights and links to any suggested reading or homework

 

6 - month package

The 6 - month coaching package is good if you're new to coaching, want to learn to manage your ADHD mind using a natural approach and have a specific goal in mind. It includes the following:

  • a weekly coaching call for 6 months (via phone or Zoom)

  • a follow up email after each call that includes a link to the coaching session recording, a recap of call highlights and links to any suggested reading or homework

  • limited text support as needed

 

One Year package

My one year coaching package is available to (5) clients. It is good if you have spent a lifetime trying to figure out why you just can't "get it together", have some major life changes that you are going through, or goals that you are trying to accomplish. It is perfect for the struggling entrepreneur, the overwhelmed mom, the person that is trying to figure out "what's next?" 

If you struggle with ADHD or ADHD tendencies and have multiple areas that are affecting you, this may be the package for you. Throughout our time together, you will learn about how your brain works and why you do what you do, how to make changes that stick, what your accountability style is and how to work with, not against it.

We will go over how to stop beating yourself up with what you "should have/could have done". We will talk about time awareness and why it can be so hard to be on time. You will learn how to take back control of your brain so that you aren't so easily sidelined. It includes the following:

  • a weekly coaching call for 50 weeks (via phone or Zoom)

  • a follow up email after each call that includes a link to the coaching session recording, a recap of call highlights and links to any suggested reading or homework

  • unlimited email support between sessions

  • Text support between sessions

  • a monthly group educational call that addresses a specific topic
